  • Final acceptance (SAT) of all performance and contract parameters
  • Assistance of production (introduction, education, training of client’s personnel)

Service

  • Worldwide after-sales service by SmartPac service center
  • Service and maintenance of machines (on request or on the basis of a service contract)
  • Free of charge service hotline during our business hours (Monday – Friday 08:00 – 18:00, except bank holidays)

Ø technical problem analysis per phone, email or remote-maintenance by software 4 hrs.
Ø Sending of a service technician within Germany 24 hrs.
